New robotics club opens in January
Open to Grades 6 to 9 on Wednesday afternoons. Register with the Head of Science by 10 December.

Greenfield is opening a robotics club in January. Students will design, build and program small robots, and the best teams will take part in the inter-school challenge in March.
What students will do
- Learn basic electronics and block-based programming
- Build a robot in teams of four
- Test, fix and improve their design
- Present their work at the annual science fair
No previous experience is needed. The club is led by the Head of Science and a computer teacher, and all materials are provided. Seats are limited to 24 students.
